Colonial Club Condominium Association is an active, over-55 community conveniently located between the Intracoastal Waterway and Federal Highway, in Boynton Beach, Florida. It consists of two Corporate Sections, Sections 1 & 2, Section 2 having 234 Condominium Units (32 three and two story buildings), with the Clubhouse and pool nestled in the center of the residences. The Clubhouse offers a spacious Community Meeting Room, plus a smaller and more intimate Meeting Room, which houses our Library, offers the opportunity for smaller groups to meet and socialize, play cards, work on their computers (with free Wi-Fi for all our residents), use the Exercise Room, or perhaps play a round of Billiards. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the Community is noted for their residents who are actively involved in all aspects of condominium life. There are many activities each week offered for the residents and their guests, as well as outside opportunities for dining and the arts in the Cities of Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and points South and North.
